Operationalized a vision for "Edge Future Learning," a new arm of the Edge Foundation focused on transforming education in the UK
Facilitated a series of virtual visioning and strategic planning workshops
Worked with the team to draft materials, including our model, roles, training offerings, costs, partnership agreements, and supporting documents for the official launch
Trained a new hire to carry the vision forward and continued to support the team through strategic planning sessions and a variety of ongoing projects
"Edge Future Learning" became "Edge Practice" in summer 2022 and I redid the Practice section of the website in line with our new direction
