I'm a systems thinker who helps tiny teams with big dreams operationalize their work and strategically scale their impact. I continuously look for ways to make life easier through creating systems and processes and by leveraging and adapting technology. 

Over the last few years, I've designed and implemented systems for multi-year contract management, human resource allocation and forecasting, partnerships, project management, training new team members, cataloging tools and resources, and data collection. In 2021, I enrolled in a full-time Software Engineering Immersive program and added full-stack development skills to my toolkit.

I have experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Python, and Stata, as well as React, Node, Express, and Django, but prefer building apps in Airtable so I can prototype quickly and spend more time mapping workflows, carefully designing databases, using code creatively, and automating.
